Untitled-1 ¾ kg spinach, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed to a pulp with a dash of salt
2 ¼ cup yogurt
a pinch of black pepper powderTopping:

3 tablespoons thinly sliced or finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon cumin and coriander powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon dried mint or
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
