  • When grocery shopping always buy fresh fish, meat and poultry products last right before you are ready to check out. 
  • For a healthier choice, select dairy that are lower in fat, you don’t have to go fat-free. Avoid any products with artificial flavors or sugar. If you choose to drink soy milk, make sure it contains calcium and vitamin D.
