400g Minced beef (Topside)
100g Beef fat (suet)
1 Red onion, grated
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Sumac
¼ tsp Saffron
1 tbsp Water (to dissolve the saffron)
½ tsp Black pepper
1½ tsp Salt
Mix: Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl until the mixture is well-incorporated and smooth.
Shape: Form the mixture into small cylinders (fingers) or your desired shape.
Grill: Grill the kababs on a barbecue or in the oven until they are fully cooked and have turned a beautiful golden brown.
