Taco Burger
Ingredients & Method:
You will need one tortilla bread and 100 grams of fresh, locally sourced Arabic minced beef.
Mix the beef with two grated white onions, then season with black pepper, white pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun spices, sea salt
Shape the seasoned beef into a 100-gram portion and press it evenly onto one side of the tortilla.
Lightly grease a pan with butter, then place the tortilla meat-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until the meat is well seared.
Flip and lightly toast the tortilla side.
Top the burger with cheddar cheese slices, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
